Association La Maison des Alternatives

A collective and civic place in the country of Othe Located in Chennegy in an old farmhouse dating from the 17th century, the Maison des Alternatives is a civic place developed by the association e-graine Grand-Est. Since 2016, this third-place project in rural areas has been part of an approach that aims to support the dynamics of transition for a more united and responsible world. By creating spaces for exchange and sharing, times of awareness and experimentation, the association offers a place of co-creation open to all around ecological, cultural, educational and solidarity projects. The Maison des Alternatives is managed by e-graine Grand Est. e-graine is an education movement that has been committed, for more than twelve years, to awakening individual and collective behavior in favor of sustainable development and global citizenship. Since 2016, the movement has spread across France in the form of local groups. The latter are brought together within the “Union of e-seed associations” in order to strengthen their impact and facilitate the deployment of their actions in France.
