November 30 and December 1: PALIS – Photographic and culinary workshop. Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. For adults and teenagers, hosted by Didier Conan, photographer and Cécile Vattebled, hostess at Le Tournefou. €140 to €180 on weekends. During this weekend, an entire menu will be developed to make fall colors sing and orchestrate flavors and textures. A photo report highlighting the different stages of menu preparation will make it possible to produce illustrated culinary cards.
