Tuesday 30 August: VAUJURENNES – Workshop at the Petites Herbes gite. All in the water: aquagym session and muscle strengthening. Take time for yourself, meet other people, listen to your body, set it in motion, mobilize your resources, find yourself around an activity, free your speech, while being accompanied by professionals. A program open to all, intergenerational, come alone, as a couple, with your children, grandchildren, a friend. Feel free!
