Monday August 22: VAUJURENNES – Workshop at the Petites Herbes gite. Adapted sports activity and support workshops for carers alone or with their carers (relaxation, socio-aesthetics, conferences). Take time for yourself, meet other people, listen to your body, set it in motion, mobilize your resources, find yourself around an activity, free your speech, while being accompanied by professionals. A program open to all, intergenerational, come alone, as a couple, with your children, grandchildren, a friend. Feel free!
