Friday July 15: VAUJURENNES – All in the water, at the Petites Herbes workshop. Aquagym session and muscle building. Take time for yourself, meet other people, listen to your body, set it in motion, mobilize your resources, find yourself around an activity, free your speech, while being accompanied by professionals. A program open to all, intergenerational, come alone, as a couple, with your children, grandchildren, a friend. Feel free!
