From October 9 to December 12: PALIS – Exhibition “The birds that look at the world” by Ros Blascos, at the Domaine du Tournefou. The bird motif appeared in Antoni Ros Blasco’s work around 1997-1998 and, since 2007-2008, it has become the sole motif of more than fifty of his paintings. Isolated, generally standing, questioning the meaning of life, he personifies an expectation: the bird is a metaphor for the human condition. The format (often large), monochromy or duotone, the predominance of black accentuate an effect of stripping and hieraticism, to the point of abstraction. The Birds of Antoni Ros Blasco look at the world through the night and, most often, from solitude… Image workshops and group visits by reservation! The opening of the exhibition will be accompanied by a recital by cellist Yska Ben Zakoun. Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. All public. Free entry.
