June 8 and 9: PALIS – Feldenkrais course For adults, led by Natalie Rafal, author, actress, director, artistic director of the company “Les Chants de Lames” and practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method. Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. €170 for the weekend. Over the course of the course, it will be about acquiring a better understanding of one’s movements, broadening one’s capabilities, refining the awareness we have of our body: less effort, more ease, pleasure. Through sequences of easy but unusual, playful movements, executed effortlessly, facilitating the emergence of new perceptions, you will discover a better quality of presence and movement. You will thus enjoy a body that is more available, sensitive, free and light, ready to express itself, interpret, dance, sing or simply act.
