You can find all the cheeses from the GAEC des Tourelles at Proxi and at B1 in Ervy-le-Châtel; Intermarché in Aix-en-Othe, at the Champignonnière du Cussangy, at Auchan in Tonnerre, in the Troyes conurbation: Super U, Leclerc in St Parres-aux-Tertre, Intermarché in Creney, Intermarché in St Julien, at the Pouillot cheese dairy, in Fromages d’Aurélie (Halles de Troyes), at the Fontaine des Champs, at Aube farmer’s drive, at Tendance Fermière, Passion Paysanne, Parsley and Chives… INFORMATION: Telephone preferably in the morning. Sales shop opening hours: Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday closed.
