Monday, April 13: CHAOURCE – Jean-Marie Ployé: “The Life of a Patient Artist.” From 10:00 a.m. at the library. Jean-Marie Ployé draws on his life experiences to recount his joys and hardships. He presents a narrative in two voices: one conveyed through the stage and friendship, the other marked by a long hospitalization in a psychiatric ward, which he discusses frankly. On the cusp of his eightieth birthday, he bears witness with urgency and generosity to a unique journey, one of resilience and the passing on of knowledge.
