Saturday September 30 and Sunday October 1: WATERS PUISEAUX – Danced Hebrew letters. Learn the 22 gestures and movements developed in correspondence with the 22 letters of the original Hebrew alphabet. Discover and use Ogid, a reference tool, developed for practice. Assemble letters to write words (group of gestures). Be aware of your body’s reactions and physical, mental and emotional interactions. Evolve on an original and personalized music.
