Tuesday 8 November: VAUJURENNES – “Onco’pause” at the Petites Herbes gite, from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Be accompanied by professionals, discover adapted activities during or after your cancer treatment course, benefit from a benevolent listening and exchange in a group. Morning, adapted sport activity: aquagym, Pilate, prevention/mobility coaching, yoga, postural ball. Afternoon, well-being activity: relaxation, sophrology, stress management and prevention, well-being & self-care dance: socio-aesthetics… Price: €15 for a full day (including lunch).
