Tuesday 10 January: VAUJURENNES – “Onco’pause” at the Petites Herbes gite, from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Exclusively reserved for people affected by the cancerous disease in progress or after treatment. Be accompanied by professionals, discover adapted activities during or after your cancer treatment course, benefit from a benevolent listening and exchange in a group. Morning, adapted sport activity: aquagym, Pilate, prevention/mobility coaching, yoga, postural ball. Afternoon, well-being activity: relaxation, sophrology, stress management and prevention, well-being & self-care dance: socio-aesthetics… Price: €15 for a full day (including lunch).
