From February 14 to 17: PAISY COSDON – Valentine’s Day meal at the Table d’Othe restaurant. On the menu: Starter: ballotin of scallops on a bed of fennel, orange, pomegranate, and horseradish cream, tartare of avocados and green asparagus with prawns and compote of basil tomatoes. Dish: supreme of guinea fowl and its fine stuffing of foie gras fricassee of winter vegetables, rack of boneless veal chops with yellow wine sauce and morels; mushroom tagliatelle.
