Wednesday, May 14: BERULLE – Visit to the L & S HENDRICKX farm. At 3 p.m. Laure and Silvère are cider producers and farmers. Silvère and Laure HENDRICKX run a farm in Bérulle. A few years ago, they decided to diversify their business with an apple press. Originally stationary, the machine mounted on a trailer can travel to all the villages of the Othe Forest. Local apple juice and cider producers call on them, as do private individuals.
