After spending more than twenty years playing in several leading Glasgow bands, he has been performing solo since 2012 on acoustic bass, offering fragmented and virtuosic music at the crossroads of post-punk and avant-folk. Increasingly involved in writing his own songs, he captivates his audience with enigmatic, intimate, and unsettling lyrics. Resolutely independent in his musical approach, he lives in Glasgow but seems to be constantly touring, whether in the UK, Europe, or Japan.
