From January 8 to February 26: AIX-EN-OTHE – Exhibition – Jean-Louis Eymard. Fascinated by the gaze of animals, Jean-Louis Eymard uses various techniques to capture its intensity. The precision and realism of his paintings often recall the illustrations of animal painters found in encyclopedias; one can almost count the feathers or fur of his subjects. Finely executed in pastel, watercolor, oil, or pencil, the paintings offer a whole gallery of portraits of the inhabitants of the forest or our homes.
