March 16 and 17: PALIS – Dance expression course, at the Domaine du Tournefou. Hosted by Sabine Chevalerias, dancer. Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. €140 to €180 on weekends. By gradually setting the body in motion, Sabine Chevalerias invites us to listen sensitively and intuitively to what is whispering within us. The objective is not to perfect oneself for a dance performance, but to give free rein to the pleasure of dancing. Moving your body to very varied musical universes circulates energy, making us taste the life that circulates within us and between us.
