Ferme Bio Thorey

The Bio Thorey farm (dawn) offers you, for direct sale on order, a wide choice of beef, veal and pork meat, as well as various products, lentils, flour, oil… all certified organic farming. Initially conventional, the family farm became an organic farm in 1968. The farm produces its own electricity thanks to a dry methanization unit (the first in Champagne-Ardenne). Open days are regularly organized with the aim of welcoming the general public or schools, in order to present to them the activities of the farm, the facilities as well as the principle of organic farming.
