Maryse and Alain Coquille welcome you to their holiday rental located on the first floor of their large stone and brick house. The property is ideally situated, 4 km from Ervy-le-Châtel, a “Petite Cité de Caractère” (Small Town of Character), 3 km from the RN 77, 35 km from Troyes in Champagne, 40 km from Chablis, and 30 km from Tonnerre. This house comprises a bedroom with three beds, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, a terrace with garden furniture, and outdoor games for children. The courtyard is enclosed for parking. Bed linen is provided. Pets are accepted upon request. Open year-round except from December 24th to January 1st.
