Christelle and Cédric bathed in the magic cauldron of catering, 4 generations have punctuated time by opening “Le Cadusia” in 2010 in Chaource. Cadusia is the old name of the town of Chaource, in the time of the Carolingian king Charles the Bald. It is also the name that Christelle and Cédric have chosen to give to their hotel-restaurant. You will be welcomed in two rooms of 140 m² each, a panoramic terrace of 100 m² with a view of the Chaourçoise countryside. In the kitchen Christelle and Cédric will offer you a la plancha cuisine, world cuisine or dishes prepared in the rotisserie. Restaurant combining gastronomy and bistro approach is “Bistronomic” quality. New: SPA “AUX MAISONS” in Maisons-lès-Chaource.
