Established in 1985, SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy offers a wide selection of mushrooms: button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. Specialties include mushroom fondue with Chaource cheese, Chaource sauce, beer-braised mushrooms, and cooked oyster mushrooms. You’ll also find a selection of gourmet products: local specialties, gifts, and gift baskets. The shop is open Tuesday to Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm. Closed Sunday, Monday, and public holidays. Opening hours are extended in December for the holidays. In December: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm. Sunday: 10 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm.
