Establishment created in 1985, taken over in June 2016 by Corinne Bridan and her sons, SAS LES CHAMPIGNONS DE CUSSANGY offers you a wide choice of mushrooms: Paris, Oyster mushrooms, Lentins de Chêne (Shii-také). Specialties: Mushroom fondue with Chaource, Chaourçoise sauce, mushroom fricassee with Saint Martin beer, cooked oyster mushrooms…. You will also find a point of sale for gastronomic products: local produce, gifts, gourmet baskets… Store open Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sundays and holidays. Hours may vary during school holidays. For December: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visit to the mushroom farm by appointment. Price: €3 per person
