Saturday, June 27: MARAYE-EN-OTHE – Heritage Dinners: Arts and Trees. From 2 p.m. Due to the prefectural decree, it is with a heavy heart that we must cancel all afternoon activities. We explored the possibility of air-conditioning municipal buildings to maintain part of the day’s program, but unfortunately, the necessary equipment is lacking. However, for those who have reserved (please arrive at the MARAYE-EN-OTHE village hall between 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.), the aperitif, dinner, and play will still take place, along with the exhibition by our patron, Cédric LESTIENNES, and various entertainment and surprises during the meal. We are sincerely and deeply sorry for this situation and thank you for your understanding. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED BEFORE JUNE 12 (limited seating): DINNER AND SHOW for ages 12 and up (€30) – 7:00 PM: Festive and gourmet meal interspersed with readings by ACE: Association for Creating Together – Around 9:30 PM: The Utopia of Trees: a play presented by the TAXI-BROUSSE Company. A Q&A session with the actor will follow the performance. Dinner menu: Welcome aperitif / Beetroot carpaccio with sweet and sour vinaigrette / Marinated mackerel with baby greens / Trout from the Aube region with first zucchini, virgin sauce, basil, and toasted almonds / Chaource cheese with mixed greens / Strawberry-rhubarb tartlet.
