“Secrets d’Armance” was born from Françoise’s dual desire to recreate an activity in her family home (which was a business from 1843 until 1977) and to contribute to promoting her region, helped in this by Gaëtan who shares the same values. Combining a Delicatessen with Tourist Accommodation totally suited their taste for human contact, Gastronomy and Heritage. Ideally located halfway between Ervy-le-Châtel and Tonnerre, 2 “Small Cities of Character”, close to Saint-Florentin, Chablis and Chaource, Marolles-sous-Lignières is at the center of a very rich territory, of which these two enthusiasts will take pleasure in sharing the “Secrets” with you… Do not hesitate to come and discover this pretty boutique located on the border of Aube and Yonne, you will receive the warmest welcome! We will offer you a tea or coffee and you will discover local artisanal productions, but also other specialties from our beautiful regions: craft beers and local wines, sweet and savory spreads, ready meals, biscuits, sweets, non-alcoholic drinks, chips , pickles from Yonne… and pretty, affordable arrangements for your gourmet gifts!
