Wednesday, April 30: COUSSEGREY – Visit to the Damoiselles farm. At 3 p.m. Organic goat farm, the Damoiselles Farm has a herd of about a hundred Saanen and Alpine goats that graze on 5 ha of organically farmed meadow. The animals are happy and exceptionally pampered, they even listen to classical music! Here the milk is transformed into cheese, yogurts, ice creams and soaps, marketed under the name “Mademoiselle Chèvre”.
