This small and modest church, built in the middle of the 16th century, offers many attractions. Overlooking the village, the visitor can upon arrival admire a panoramic view of the typical valleys of the Pays d’Othe. Inside, he discovers an exceptional set of wall paintings recently highlighted and contemporary with the construction of the building which justified the classification of the site and a restoration program completed in 2012. These paintings are made up of sacred scenes and representations of saints and completely cover three of the four walls of the church. By raising your eyes you can appreciate the poplar ceiling of the nave, boat hull style, redone identically to the original in 2005. Another remarkable element, above the altar, a Virgin and Child in polychrome stone from the 16th century very finely carved. To visit the church contact the town hall: +33 (0)3 25 70 13 34
