Stéphanie Callewaert invites you to discover her establishment (free tour gallery and video of production), the manufacture of artisanal Chaource AOP and that of ladle-molded white cheese. They will also introduce you to other specialties: Délice de Mussy, real Mussy, Mussy Sec, Lys de Champagne-Ardenne, Musséen and other cheese delicacies. Group: The Mussy cheese factory offers guided tours only for groups of more than 20 people. Reservations directly with the cheese factory. Individuals: no guided tour, self-guided visit.
