Sophie, a cheesemaker specializing in the making of artisanal cheeses, makes and sells a sought-after range of goat cheeses in our beautiful Armance region: crottin, shallot log, pyramids and tommes. With her 21 goats, Alpines and Saanen, who graze in the rich areas near the damp champagne, Sophie produces local, artisanal milk and white cheese. Prepare your baskets, the producers’ basket!
