From June 3 to July 31: ERVY-LE-CHÂTEL – Philippe Pelluet “Paints the Aube.” In the tourist information office. Based in Saint-André-les-Vergers, Philippe Pelluet draws inspiration for his paintings from the landscapes that surround him. Through this exhibition, the artist presents a sensitive, varied, and personal cartography of our region, showcasing a multitude of places and facets of the department. His work originates in the tangible: a corner of the countryside, an architectural detail, or a scene from everyday life. But the artist does not seek simple reproduction. Starting from this figurative base, he moves beyond it to embrace semi-abstractism, injecting his own emotions and a touch of imagination. A regular at national exhibitions, such as Art Capital in Paris, Philippe Pelluet offers a vibrant perspective on our region, where the structure of the landscape engages in a dialogue with the freedom of color. An invitation to travel and rediscover the Aube region through the eyes of a passionate artist. https://www.instagram.com/philippepelluet/ Free admission.
