In Bercenay-en-Othe, Lydie and Jérémy have opened the restaurant “1680”. Its unique feature: this building, constructed during the reign of Louis XIV, is a former presbytery. Danton is said to have stayed here! The owners, appreciative of the site’s atmosphere, have been careful to preserve its original structure. The chef will be delighted to introduce you to his gourmet cuisine. Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, Friday and Saturday evenings by reservation. Closed during the Christmas holidays and at the end of August.
