Le 1680: A new gourmet destination in Bercenay-en-Othe (opens October 15th!) In Bercenay-en-Othe, Le 1680 is reborn thanks to Camille and Julien, two young enthusiasts of cooking and gastronomy. From October 15th, they welcome you to a warm and friendly atmosphere, where you can enjoy refined cuisine inspired by local produce. Each week, the menu changes with the seasons and showcases local producers: vegetables, flour, legumes, apple juice, and more. As for wines, Julien, a trained sommelier, offers a carefully curated selection to complement the dishes. With their desire to share and contribute to the vibrancy of their village, Camille and Julien are already planning new events: a festive atmosphere in the garden during the warmer months, creative workshops, and other social activities. A charming spot to discover the flavors of the Pays d’Othe region and enjoy a delicious, simple, and welcoming experience. A unique feature: this magnificent cut-stone house, built during the reign of Louis XIV, is a former presbytery. Danton is said to have stayed here! The owners, sensitive to the atmosphere of the site, have been careful to preserve its original structure. The chef will be delighted to introduce you to his gourmet cuisine.
