Catherine Manoël is a Master-Artisan Jam Maker (highest craftsmanship diploma in France). Le Comptoir des Confitures is referenced as a Gourmet Company in Gault & Millau, as well as on the Petit Futé. She makes fresh fruit jams from short circuits in organic and sustainable agriculture. Refusing to add dyes, preservatives, agar-agar, the jams are cooked in the traditional way with apple pectins from the Vallée d’Othe. It offers a range of 250 original jams in sumptuous glass jars as well as a classic range. The craziest, most surprising and exciting flavors are brought together by our love of gastronomy and the authenticity of the products. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. by appointment, by phone.
