Catherine Manoël is a Companion Confiturier du Devoir Egalitaire and Master Artisan Confiturier (highest Diploma of Craftsmanship in France). Le Comptoir des Confitures is listed as a Gourmet Company in Gault & Millau, as well as on Petit Futé. She makes jams with fresh fruit from short organic and sustainable agriculture circuits. Refusing to use colorings, preservatives or agar-agar, the jams are cooked the old-fashioned way with apple pectins from the Othe Valley. It offers a range of 250 original jams in sumptuous glass jars but also a classic range. The craziest, surprising and exciting flavors are brought together by our love of gastronomy and the authenticity of the products.
