Catherine Manoël is a Master Jam Maker (the highest artisan diploma in France) and a member of the Compagnons du Devoir Égalitaire and ACMU. Le Comptoir des Confitures is listed as a Gourmet Business in the Gault & Millau guide, as well as in the Petit Futé and Gilles Pudlowski guides. Catherine Manoël also won the Canal 32 Nuit des Réussites artisan award in 2024 and Best Jam in the Grand Est region at the 2025 Foods and Drink Awards. She makes jams with fresh fruit sourced locally using organic and sustainable farming practices. Refusing to use colorings, preservatives, or agar-agar, her jams are cooked using traditional methods with apple pectin from the Vallée d’Othe. She offers a range of 250 original jams in sumptuous glass jars, as well as a classic selection. The wildest, most surprising, and exciting flavors are brought together by a love of gastronomy and the authenticity of the products.
